Let No Man Deceive You

2 Thessalonians 2:(1) Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, (2) That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. (3) Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Satan is the son of perdition. He’s already been sentenced to perish by God in Ezekiel 28.

The falling away first means many will mistake the false christ for the True Christ. By his deception at the woe of the sixth trumpet which is in the middle of the five month long hour of temptation, the unlearned who have been falsely taught that you will be raptured away before the tribulation of satan begins will be deceived and they will die spiritually at that time. (the falling away). The rapture doctrine is a lie straight from satan.

Daniel 7
(25) And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Daniels 70th week which was seven years but has been shortened to a five month period. (Revelation 9:5 & 10) You take the seven years and split it in half then you have two 3 1/2 year periods. Split that in half and you have two 2 1/2 month periods; the term of the locust.

2 Thessalonians 2
(4) Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Isaiah 14
(13) For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: (14) I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Satan thought these things in his prideful heart. He wants to be God.

2 Thessalonians 2
(5) Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? (6) And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. (7) For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

Satan is being held by Michael in heaven. Satan and his angels will be cast out of heaven by Michael after the war you can read of in Revelation 12 starting with verse 7 this is also known as the woe of the fifth trumpet.

(8) And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

Satan will be revealed when the True Christ returns at the woe of the 7th trumpet.

(9) Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

The True Jesus will come after the tribulation of satan. (Matthew 24:29-30)

(10) And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.(11) And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: (12) That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

If someone wants to believe a lie, God will help them out with it.

(13) But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

God chose His elect to stand against antichrist.

(14) Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. (15) Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle. (16) Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, (17) Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.

Have peace of mind and plant seeds of truth. Let the Holy Spirit lead you and guide you, repent and be blessed.

1 Peter 5
(8) Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: (9) Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. (10) But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. (11) To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Let the Holy Spirit lead you and guide you, repent and be blessed.
